Education

Phil is a licensed State of Arkansas Real Estate Agent. Additionally, Phil holds a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis on entrepreneurship. Phil also holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Sports and Health. Both degrees were earned from the American Military University. In addition to his degrees, Phil also holds a certification and continued education credits in the field of Real Estate.

Career

Phil is also in the United States Air Force. He’s been active duty for the last 13 years and has a plan to continue his career until he reaches retirement (20 years). At the beginning, of his career, he worked as an aircraft mechanic, working on the C-130. He’s currently holding the role of Section Chief, where he supervises 256 people. His career in real estate begins in 2020 when he started investing in Real Estate. He spent the majority of 2020 and 2021, learning about all aspects of real estate; locating properties, purchasing them, making improvements, and putting them on the market. This is where his passion grew for real estate and the desire to become an agent was developed.

Life & Family

Phil was born in Hot Springs, AR, and raised in Malvern, AR, where he graduated from High School. After High School, he enlisted in the United States Air Force, with his first duty location being Fort Walton Beach, FL. He spent 9 years here and went on multiple deployments to Afghanistan, Kuwait, and Italy. After his tenure in FL., Phil was stationed at Wichita Falls, Texas. This is where he met his wife Chantel, who is also in the United States Air Force. Together, they have 4 children: Somaya (10 years old), Layla (9 years old), Ava (1 year old), and Amani (due this year). Phil enjoys working out, spending time with his girls, and is an avid reader.
